Pros
Benefit plans were average, and compensation for my company was good before it was acquired.
Cons
Berry lives in the stone age when it comes to technology. They have grown too much, too fast and do not understand the business they took on when they acquired the non-woven company. Unable to make a profit, they push down on the plants to cut headcount and hide the numbers in cost savings projects, which will eventually show up for the customers. There is a huge disconnect from management to understand what is actually going on in the plants. Policies were not followed, and there was enough discrimination taking place to support a class action lawsuit.
