We were just one of the many acquisitions made by Berry. Most of the people that work at Berry seemed to be good employees.

Cons

The Leadership Team is so out of touch with the day to day needs of their organization. They promote people that know nothing of the business and allow them to make personnel decisions that damage the culture and thus damage the overall success.

Close to home, ok med. and life ins

Cons

401 k low match , since they have taken over , they been chopping away at our benefits. Results low morale, higher OSHA reportables. Hiring to many temp.s and little to no training. 50 % of work force is carrying the other half, and I see no effort to improve this.
