Some of the people are truly wonderful to work with/for. Very safety-oriented.

Cons

Stuck in the 90s with the systems/software used at the plants. There is a lot of red tape and bureaucracy. The leadership verticals are not aligned and often implement practices/procedures without any input from the departments it will impact. Each division and business segment within the division operates as its own business—very little standardization.

To many to name. If you aspire to be a GPCC Monkey then this is the ultimate company to work for. Work Life Balance available to certain higher pay grades only.
