      People are friendly on the whole

      Cons

      Too many too mention Firm run by middle managers Efficiency drive not thought through and how impacts the business, no pilot groups! Support departments not fit for purpose

      Not a good place for non-attorney staff

      Pros

      Experienced hires can command good salaries. Good job security. HR did mitigate issues between attorney staff and non-attorney staff when they arose. The partner I worked for was open to reasonable changes and helped maintain a lean team that was not too overworked.

      Cons

      Boring work. long hours, bad pay. Once again, most of the issues could be traced to my partner who was an incompetent attorney and an incompetent leader.

      Office amenities and location was good

      Cons

      Team were unhelpful with training and seriously lacked any ethausiasm or desire to help . HR structure and policies unorganized and simple processes took too long to complete. How they handle employee situations is also shocking and the General running of the office is ridiculous in comparison to similar firms I have worked in before.
