Pros

Baker McKenzie is a great place to work. The salary is competitive as well as great benefits.

Cons

The only reason I am giving three stars is because of the of changes to their HR department, which seems to be a revolving door and not consistent. Therefore it is a tad challenging in terms of staffing needs. However, if you do well within your group you will succeed.
