Great Global Company with awesome benefits. High level corporate commitment to diversity in all forms and general focus on encouraging employees to be great citizens within the work atmosphere.

Cons

Your experience at Baker is only as good as the management team that you work under. There is no accountability for bad actors. Condescending interactions with HR stifles atmosphere of approachability. Local branch seems to elicit employee opinion, but ignore the feedback that doesn't tie in to the direction that they have pre-set.

Cons

Many. Too many. Management/a number of business services leaders are completely out of their depth. Completely disorganized. Complete lack of transparency. The "culture of friendship" claim is completely and utterly bogus. The right hand literally does not know what the left hand is doing. The "lifers" have it made since they are embedded into the dysfunction and no one knows any better.
