A very "Interesting" Company to Work For

The company has a nice vacation policy with Jewish Holidays off They keep trying to change but very little changes They do well so they invest in improving the company and being competitive

Cons

They filter the internet like crazy They do not do a good job of developing talent They treat everyone the same from the janitor to the best employee in the company It is more important for you to come on time then to actually get your job done

all the company cares about is you punch in on time and you punch out on time, very little else. with that attitude you really dont need to be stressed out with performance at work. the coo has told middle management that given a choice of 2 employees 1 is a hotshot and gets everything done quickly and the other is someone who comes in on time and just barely gets by ,you pick the one who barely gets by

Cons

getting promotions has a lot to do with nepotism and what synagogue you pray in. the best thing that happened to employees was that bh photo was sued for millions of dollars because they were paying Hasidim more than the Spanish employees. after that lawsuit a lot of policies were put in place to bring policies into the 21 century.
