Decent enough place to work, with a few tweaks it can be great!

Pros

Salary is comparable to competitors Great co-workers, very few incompetent employees. Low-Mid level management seems to listen and care about your concerns and input Benefits are OK, and time off is great, especially if you're not Jewish (since you get off on Jewish holidays you get some free days off).

Cons

Depending on your area, you might feel you are working for Cuba or Soviet Russia. Upper level management does not communicate very well

Cons

no career guidance or advice miscommunication in all departments Hard work is not appreciated and rewarded. The company actually prefers a 9-5 mentality
