Pros

Not any good one to mention

Cons

- Zero learning, Zero growth, too much of politics, too much judgement, zero work-life balance. - No appraisal in 2019 & 2020 despite making huge profits. - They are hiring new folks but don't have funds to give appraisals to their current employees. - Longer duration of working hours during the COVID situation.

Low salary , no development

Pros

Avaya is stable workplace, you really need to give a reason to get fired. Home office is possible, schedule is flexible

Cons

I spent 8 years here , and my salary raised only 15% in total. No career development possibility, salary raise is maximum 3% per year and you have to be a top performer to get the raise. Projects get stopped in the middle, no improvement, only cost cut everywhere.
