      Pros

      Great people working hard trying to do the right thing.

      Cons

      A long series of C level blunders have ruined a once great company. While they left the business with generous payouts per their "contract", everyone else is now subject to force reductions, loss of 401k match and no raises or bonuses. Oh, and an increase in benefit costs too.

      Avaya has going thru some serious changes and sadly not on a growth direction

      Cons

      Site in Holon IL has totally changed , no big and impressive office anymore but a small area for 50 people
