      Pros

      Avaya attracts the best customers. Forward thinking and always buying.

      Cons

      Brutal management, someone always gets placed in bottom 10% and layoffs are multiple times per year. A team can be all top players and successful but someone has to go to keep EBITDA on target. There was no status quo, sales targets always raised without regard to the economy.

      Work from home was nice. But you have to pay for your internet access.

      Terrible place to work. Comp was terrible. No career path advancement. o recognition for working long hours
