Pros

good people, ability to work remote

Cons

Culture of fear, the title you walk in with is the title you keep (even if you're doing an amazing job), furloughs, no raises, no bonuses, 24/7 work day, work eves/weekends/holidays, elitist executive leadership team, decision by committee (so it takes weeks to get simple tasks done), "be happy you have a job" attitude, culture of drones and zombies

Pros

Great access to technical training and certifications. Working with the best technology in the industry. Unparalleled total compensation package. etc.

Cons

For some time, the corporate strategy has been to outsource work to business partners and lay-off corporate technicians. They are sticking to this model even through the recent acquisition. Rumor has it that even the support engineer work is being moved "offshore".
