Excellent work. You can learn a lot on most recent developments in the data networking and telecommunications. Opportunities for new inventions.
Cons
But not everyone gets opportunity to work on great projects. The supervisors choose people for different part of the project. Getting into good projects depends on luck and being in good terms with supervisors but not based on merit or what you are interested in and capable of doing. Supervisors have too much of power deciding vacation and work. People's career goals are not considered. Supervisors set the goals without even considering team member's interests and career aspirations. No opportunities for growth and employee movement within company.
