Good salary, not the best, but not the worst either. Great opportunities to learn a lot (in a short time). Great incentive to keep up with AI trends.

Cons

Many projects in parallel at the same time and too many meetings.

Avaya filled Bankruptcy, had a hiring freeze and laid off approximately 1/3 of the company, hitting those with tenures of 20 plus years. They completely removed CSM titles, then removed our commission, which was 15% of our pay. We were told to let things break while customers escalated and threatened to leave. I cannot work for a company that has no morals or ethics. Customers deserve better.
