Pros

All expenses paid traveling Unlimited PTO Nice Benefits Able to work remotely

Cons

Avaya filled Bankruptcy, had a hiring freeze and laid off approximately 1/3 of the company, hitting those with tenures of 20 plus years. They completely removed CSM titles, then removed our commission, which was 15% of our pay. We were told to let things break while customers escalated and threatened to leave. I cannot work for a company that has no morals or ethics. Customers deserve better.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
