Pros

Work from home options, good pay.

Cons

This is like working with the walking dead...zero energy and zero enthusiasm, Its no wonder this company is doing really poorly. People are incredibly dull. I have been here less than a year and regret I took the job...will be quitting soon. Horrible experience....zero opportunity for growth but then again you won't care because you will have no motivation. Surprised they are still in business. Very dull.

Pros

Most people are professional and strive to deliver results in this challenging company.

Cons

Generally company is poorly managed and is short sighted in terms of planning and growth. 1). Layoffs every year (sometimes twice a year) 2). Executive and Management churn, reorganizations occur all this time 3). No 401K match unless company hits revenue/profit targets 4). No STIP (bonuses) unless company hits revenue/profit targets 5). No allocated vacation pay - must request time off from manager 6). Limited to no opportunity for career advancement or growth

Pros

I am still getting paid and can still at least focus on my core job which is serving customers and ensuring they get value for money.

Cons

It suffers from a blinkered CEO and management that came aboard six years ago to wrap the company in a bright bow, put it in the centre of the shop window and sell it to the highest bidder. Six years later, the bow is looking a bit old and dusty, a couple of parts have been sold off and the rest is getting old and faded. It's a good job we have good people at the customer-facing end of the business who know what they are doing because there is absolutely no guidance and direction from above.
