Pros

Great people to work with

Cons

Just called all non-quota caring employees back into the office, regardless of distance. 401(k) is atrocious. Healthcare rates are skyrocketing. Constant turn in leadership, senior execs bring in their people and when they leave new people come in it's a merry-go-round. Some really good leaders have been forced out.

Pros

Good technical work. The company does do leading edge things.

Cons

Employees constantly get shafted. Whenever results are below expectations, which has been every quarter since the company was founded, employees get impacted. Reduced bonus. Reduced benefits. The CEO's motivational speeches always mention instances where he has fired someone.

Pros

Place to log time if you need a paycheck. Play along with the politics don't worry about working hard as that is not the variable that contributes to people getting laid off and reviewing raises. So go ahead and screw off and quit before they lay you off and get another job ASAP. Now If you're untalented and love politics then this is your place you have found your home . If your past employers gave you poor reviews you didn't survive you will here just suck up to your manager and tell him how great he/she is. The reality is most of the managers here we're good at one point about six years ago five years ago they have all left and all the poor performers from other companies are here all the way up To the CEO

Cons

totally clueless Sr VP's ncluding CEO looking to protect their fat incomes and keep yours down ..If this was a public company and not private equity owned the CEO would've been walked out of the building years ago due to poor performance and Execuitve turnover...
