- A lot of people willing to share experiences and help you out. - Nice place to be, comfortable and great place to work at. - Home Working. (work/life balance)

Cons

- When there was a turnaround in the higher management level, we (Argentina) went from reporting to US to reporting to India. I am not saying it is something bad, but it is true that there is a huge difference in cultures and ways of working that I believe have not been taking into account properly, or to put it in other words, there has not been set a proper transition plan. This change (that took place around late 2010) has been quite visible and, as a consequence, changed the ways we were used to work.

- OK salary - Work from home - Good people, good technical resources - You can work with very big customers and some Avaya products are solid

Cons

- Constant layoffs, bad atmosphere, you can't go to work and not think this day it will be my turn to get fired. - No clear idea where the company is going, senior management will not communicate clear AT ALL.
