      Pros

      The people. Your direct peers/friends. The direct leadership if you were lucky to have good people in your organization. Decent pay (depends on the country, on level and many other things)

      Cons

      Everything else. The product lineup in the recent years is bad and the constant changes on the path for multiple of the solutions are a myriad of bad decision after another.

      Pros

      Somehow they manage to find honest, smart and good people to keep moving the pieces within the company. I can’t say the same for the 90% of management. At least we have medical insurance and salary increases based on inflation, but never based on performance.

      Cons

      Not a clear roadmap at all on where the company is heading to. There are many conflicts of interest in the company but no one seems to care about it. No bonus based on performance, even though they make you comply with useless KPIs. There is no real work-life balance as sometimes the job gets demanding and you end up working 10-11hs a day (without cutovers).
