Pros

- OK salary - Work from home - Good people, good technical resources - You can work with very big customers and some Avaya products are solid

Cons

- Constant layoffs, bad atmosphere, you can't go to work and not think this day it will be my turn to get fired. - No clear idea where the company is going, senior management will not communicate clear AT ALL.

Pros

The company used to care about customers, but they removed all the sales people who actually visited and consulted with customers to save travel cost.

Cons

The company's newest CEO, Patrick, only cares about getting back to a Cybersecurity company as fast as possible. Can't sell the company fast enough, but buyers can't get past due diligence periods.
