Salary and able to work virtual office.

Cons

Constant downsizing. Force management package very poor especially for employees with a lot of years service. Medical benefits are getting more costly every year and covering less.

Cool technology. Great products. Learning experience. Get tossed in the deep end.

Bureaucratic. Heavy. Its like working in an old school company but competing in the tech world. The financial systems are BROKEN. They can't tell us who we sold to. What we sold to them. There's too much manual book entry. While on the same time we're getting beaten up for weekly targets
