Pros

great colleagues, and a good portfolio

Cons

Terrible management. The same CEO for almost 10 years and he is Teflon - nothing sticks to him, despite his leadership driving the company into a steady decline. It is the Emperor's New Clothes. High employee churn, no (literally) vacation time; it is discretionary, so you accrue nothing.

Pros

People in Services were great.

Cons

Everything. Awful work environment, doesn't pay well, always fear of getting laid off. Worst benefits I have ever seen. Services customers treat employees horribly and the company accepts this. If customers don't escalate, they are treated very poorly themselves. Work/life balance nonexistent. The company pretends to have a good culture and good values but in reality, they are terrible. CEO is nothing but a puppet for the private equity firms-fires at will in order to make numbers.

Pros

Trusted to do your job and not micro managed. A lot of expertise within the business and you can always find someone to help.

Cons

Large, faceless organisation. Confusing which direction the business is going in. No yearly pay rises and minimal bonuses. Hard to get a promotion.
