Cons

Onboarding and training a waist of resources. Lack of personal consideration, pressure to bill project closure from senior management.

Pros

Good products especially Breeze. A huge installed base that they can harvest. Streamlining to be just a software company - got rid of networking (useless)

Cons

Where do I start? "Management by threat, if your face fits, management cliche" - avoid as much as you can. No listens - out for themselves.

Avaya has great solutions in many areas of IT. Well known for reliability and great services. In the Netherlands Avaya has grown a 25% market share in UC and 40% in Contact Centers. Innovation is in the DNA of Avaya, with solutions like Equinox and Oceana shifting technology barriers again.

Cons

Recenly Avaya ended up in Chapter 11 to restructure the capital structure of the company. This provides competition opportunity to spread FUD to customers. Expectation is that Avaya will get out of the Chapter 11 stronger than ever.
