      Pros

      Good products and sales team.

      Cons

      Executive teams constant paranoia that employees are trying to get away with something. Expected to work and be available 24/7. Constant downsizing and threat of bankruptcy. Perks like working from home and phone reimbursement have stopped. It's a sinking ship.

      Pros

      Customer install base and partner ecosystem. Highly intelligent and motivated teams. Well-respected for reliability. Career opportunities for the well-motivated and driven.

      Cons

      Lacklustre leadership. Somewhat complacent. High levels of employee turnover in recent years. Promotion based on technical competence not proven leadership.

      Pros

      Benefits package was actually pretty good for medical. Vacation time moved to discretionary time off so in theory you had as much as you wanted.... as long as it didn't affect needs of the business.

      Cons

      Toxic working culture. weekly layoffs, brow beating to work faster, harder, smarter to cover layoffs and offshoring. Management is beyond disconnected from the workers.
