Pros

good people, ability to work remote

Cons

Culture of fear, the title you walk in with is the title you keep (even if you're doing an amazing job), furloughs, no raises, no bonuses, 24/7 work day, work eves/weekends/holidays, elitist executive leadership team, decision by committee (so it takes weeks to get simple tasks done), "be happy you have a job" attitude, culture of drones and zombies

Pros

Pay Good People who care about the company

Cons

They expect you to work 24/7 to get the job done. Constant layoffs have created an environment where it's everyone out for themselves and no teamwork. Pitiful management choices No standards on promotions
