Pros

challenging work, compensation, benefits, a lot of good people

Cons

Negative (You are lucky to have a job) culture Most leaders are micro-managers that are not good at managing their manager or their team. They say yes to everything instead of focusing on their goals because they are also living in the lucky to have a job culture.

Pros

Work from home, good base salary, great people work there on your team.

Cons

Be political if you want to get ahead. Nortel partners could care less about Avaya's push to sell products. Musical quotas that change quarterly. Senior management is clueless. SMB gets no attention.
