Pros
Great people, great products - the products and solutions are really very good but hampered by lack of funding, vision and flexibility
Cons
Top level management seems misguided and US heavy - the US is not the whole world so why should the rest of the business be forced to do something that doesn’t necessarily work for their region, silo’d workgroups - compete lack of recognition and strategy across teams, process heavy which impedes deals and creates discord between teams and customers uncertain corporate strategy unable to quickly adapt to customer trends and a lack of agility - for example - still struggling to create a compelling cloud offering
