      Been through tough times but a highly resilient team of competent professionals. New CEO and top team exactly what was needed. Reason to be very hopeful

      Cons

      A pretty damaged culture. Need to rebuild employee trust and focus on engagement. Lot of harm over the past several years and a "them-us" mentality between the EC and employees

      Either Avaya is a fake company or they're just being impersonated. If you are offered a remote job with good pay after a Google Hangouts interview, it's probably fake. They will get you to do tasks but it's all a ploy for a check scam.
