Pros

The company allows you to develop according to your own interests. There’s plenty of flexibility to find your own place. Great people. Plenty of opportunities to learn from great professionals. Friendly work environment and relaxed culture.

Cons

Some issues adapting to their rate of growth. Some processes still need to be duly formalized. If you’re not someone who can easily adapt to change, it may be difficult to thrive in this environment.

Pros

VERY good people, nice environment Flexible working hours Homeoffice at a certain level 3-week vacation from day 1 Product is actually good Salary might be ok, but it is not good enough

Cons

Career path is not clear for anyone: - no help when you ask for advice, - Talent Management is awful and they do not actually care for keeping valuable employees in the company, helping them achieve their growth goals in the company, etc. Many managers might know "product" but they do not know how to work with people. Company expects you to be available 24/7. It is not important how long you've been in the company, how much you've learnt about the product and how well you perform, that is never good enough for company. No bonus for upsells nor dollar paid salary when company charges in dollars, could think about this to benefit employees at least in one way.

Hey there! We're sorry to hear you’re having a bad experience, though we’re glad that the positive points you bring up are strong enough for you to continue your career here. We put a lot of effort in making sure that everyone who works with us finds it rewarding; we’re all pushing towards the same goal, so it’s important that we get to do so in the best possible conditions. There are many challenges to growing as fast as we are, and our Talent Management team is evolving along with the rest of the company. We’re confident in them and so we hope that you’ll give them another chance to work on your situation. However, keep in mind that there’s always also the option to also talk to your manager or other leaders. We’d also like to address compensation and work-life balance. We compensate Avaturians according to their performance, that's why we review salaries every year and have a comprehensive performance review processes. In line with our flexible approach, we encourage Avaturians to make full use of our Work from Home program and manage their schedules to balance their convenience with the demands of their work. Our industry can at times be challenging, but we’re open to finding the right balance for everyone involved. Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts!
