We're sorry to hear you’re having a bad experience, though we’re glad that the positive points you bring up are strong enough for you to continue your career here. We put a lot of effort in making sure that everyone who works with us finds it rewarding; we’re all pushing towards the same goal, so it’s important that we get to do so in the best possible conditions.
There are many challenges to growing as fast as we are, and our Talent Management team is evolving along with the rest of the company. We’re confident in them and so we hope that you’ll give them another chance to work on your situation. However, keep in mind that there’s always also the option to also talk to your manager or other leaders.
We’d also like to address compensation and work-life balance. We compensate Avaturians according to their performance, that's why we review salaries every year and have a comprehensive performance review processes. In line with our flexible approach, we encourage Avaturians to make full use of our Work from Home program and manage their schedules to balance their convenience with the demands of their work. Our industry can at times be challenging, but we’re open to finding the right balance for everyone involved.
