      Pros

      Arrow Electronics is a progressive organization with leadership that keeps the present and future growth in proper perspective. They focus on growth opportunities and benefits for the employee as well as the customer.

      Cons

      I would consider growing pains one of the downsides but it is a good kind of downside because it will make us a better company overall. Communication between departments is another downside.
