      Pros

      I have worked with many companies in the Electronics industry. I hear a lot of people complain about Arrow, but truthfully ,they exceed many of the others that I have worked at. If you go to work, work hard and give 110%, you will be rewarded careerwise and financially. Through these hard times, they are trying different things to try to keep as many employees as possible employeed..

      Cons

      Communication could be a little better.

      Pros

      Pay is on par with others in the industry. Laid back atmosphere and ability to take time off as needed. The benefits package was second to none prior to the current economic downturn.

      Cons

      Management not knowing what direction they want to take. Driving the top performers to quit by piling more and more on them without compensation.

      Pros

      Great pay and flexible working hours, sabbatical plan, although many people got layoff after sabbatical. Many mid-senior managers are great to work with, however, senior executives changes the direction, which could hurt the company a lot. Hopefully, Arrow can correct itself.

      Cons

      Recently more layoffs. Management shifted more to satisfy Wall Street instead of customer. CEO has a target of the stock price instead of customer service level, which is ridiculous. bluntly reduce inventory to improve inventory turns will drive customer away, finally will kill the business. It was a solid company, but have a very dim future since Wall street not only killi itself, but also the great company such as Arrow.
