      The most talented people I worked with, for sure! The work environment is amazing, the vibe is fun and the ocean view is a huge plus :)

      The work pace is very fast- make sure that you're up for the challenge (I LOVE it).

      leadership is really passionate about technology and appreciate their dedicated employees. a very high percentage of the core team is still there.

      Pros

      The hiring bar is very high so you know you will be working with some of the best possible people who are all focused on building a fast growing and very successful company. All new hires fly out to the Tel Aviv, Israel headquarters for a two-week immersive training session- absolutely phenomenal trip and says a lot about the emphasis they put on hiring and onboarding which is truly paying off.

      Cons

      Hiring process can take longer than usual but this is typically worth it as positions are filled with the right people.
