      Pros

      Market leader, growing at an extreme pace, but management is hiring only the best talent. Product market fit, real customers that are very happy, and value the service, meaning awesome life time value. Partnered with all the major players. Facebook, Google, Twitter etc. Be your own boss, flat organisation, meaning you can come in and make an immediate impact.

      Cons

      High expectations, but well worth it, as the pay off is career growth.

      Pros

      Bad managers are getting promoted to VP roles and good engineers are becoming bad team managers. Engineers constantly leavi by due to the treatment of their managers and lack of leadership.

      Cons

      A lot of swag, perks, gifts, events, food and fun.
