      Pros

      A great group of people to spend your day with. Incredible work perks: lunch every day and weekly catered breakfasts. Compensated transportation, cell phone, gym membership. Monthly office happy hours and outings and we just got back from an incredible US retreat to Colorado. Everyone is super bright, willing to jump in to help in any aspect, and overall great people to work with. Work life balance is great, leadership is completely visible and encourages company culture and positive values. I feel very well taken care of and supported in my career.

      Pros

      I have been working at AppsFlyer for about 1 year. The training process is very impressive. After 2-3 months of training in different teams, you can choose your team. Great culture, nice people, new technologies. Open to new ideas and processes.

      Cons

      Nothing specific. There are a lot of organization's structure changes, but it's reasonable for a company which grows fast.

      It's actually the best company I've ever had a chance to work for. People are cooperative, smart, authentic and always willing to help. Best culture, everything the employee needs to make his day to day better -he will get. I love waking up in the morning knowing I'm heading towards another day at Appsflyer, since my work is interesting, challenging, and there isn't a day goes by without me learning something new!
