      Pros

      Awesome people, amazing perks, friendly environment + room for growth if you are a fighter.

      Cons

      After CEO said there would be no massive layoffs, management was faced with no other option than to lay off a bunch of people in different departments one by one. It was not communicated nicely by direct management and it doesn't matter if they worked really hard and overcame expectations, if you can be replaced by a cheaper workforce - you are out. Salary and headcount freeze was announced globally.

      Respect to the team in the Israel headquarters but Bangkok HR is ....?

      the benefits are good, like the leadership team in Israel - more forward-thinking, innovative and honest; some of the best people on the tech and product side; always working on employee morale

      Cons

      I really think BKK HR team or apac in general needs to change. I find their HRBP rather toxic; seem very good at managing up but are different with people at the same level or down; didn't feel the authenticity...
