      Pros

      The product is best in class with recognizable brand and continued pursuit to evolve. Flat hierarchy.

      Cons

      Contrary to endorsed culture by CEO, office and managerial positions are infested by politics that can be brutal. Laid back mindset with close to no room for creative thoughts, supplemented by micromanagement. No HR policies to be availed.

      Pros

      Many great people work here, warm and friendly environment.

      Cons

      Big egos heading many of the departments. They lack clarity with the business direction and have zero transparency within their teams. AppsFlyer are big on communicating what an amazing company culture they have, that they care so much about their people and that their salaries are competitive. The truth is, they haven't given anyone a raise in 3 years, zero bonuses, and if you are not a manager you will feel like you have very little job security right now.

      Great perks and amazing employees!

      Cons

      Constant layoff in the sales org and employees are afraid or concerned after every qtr. If you are a management favorite, your job is safe. A huge con is the market is too saturated making it almost impossible to hit your quota unless you have an amazing territory.
