Pros

Engineering team is very experienced and knowledgeable. It is great team and the major treasure of the company.

Cons

Politics is very worse. It is the worst company I have ever worked in my over 10 years working experience. The manager doesn't value great employee. All is about politics. You will not be recognized fairly. A lot of great coworkers left the company in last 2-3 years. I will never go back. Of course, it might be an okay option if you want to find some place to retire there ... because there are too many employees who are doing nothing or doing something but still have a good salary. No one cares. If you are young and want to learn and grow, I will suggest that you should think about the offer seriously. Don't waste your life there.

Pros

Size; opportunities to transfer to other functions /areas

Cons

It's like 8 different companies with independent business processes and culture. Main goal in life for everyone is to STM (survive the meeting) via pretry PowerPoints and and flowery stories. Not focused on business expansion or competitive position at all. All internally focused on how to get by the next internal meeting.

Pros

Decent work life balance Flexibility in working locations Industry leader Great access to career enhancement training Fairly decent communication up and down management chain (department dependent)

Cons

Too many directors and vp’s Increasing number of department silos, less sharing of ideas and activities And lastly, need to do a better job of sharing bonus and stock payouts with non-executive level employees. If we are the ones enabling the executives bonus payouts due to meeting or exceeding our performance goals we should be able to share in the outcome, not just meager merit increase (2%).
