Pros

Retirement company. If you don't care about doing good work and just care about earning paychecks, ideal company for you. Good benefits.

Cons

Lower than market base pay. Forced shutdowns. No pro-rated bonus payout. Bureaucracy at every level. Inefficient processes. People in general are very unmotivated to work. Lot of instability in Finance organization which adds extra work and stress to your role.

3 to 4 weeks unpaid shutdown every year..................most newer employees never get to accumulate any vacation time.....quite surprised none of my colleagues mention this in their reviews

Pros

Umm...our stock is high so ESPP is paying off Can't think of anything else...I'll be leaving as soon as possible.

Cons

Work 7 days a week, work every evening from home, work extremely early mornings. No ability to have any life at all. Good Old Boys club, does not accept new people Groups are not diverse and if you don't come from their culture you're treated horribly False HR reporting by team members and supported by Management Huge politics Poor HR Support Constant travel internationally
