Technology leader, financially stable company. Good learning opportunities for how to operate a business. Tries to adapt to new methods to keep current.

Cons

Not a good place for advancement unless you are are part of the good old BOY network. No advancement for women. Only exec positions for women are in HR and some finance. Nothing in technology or business. Poor work-life balance, especially for the pay.

I don't see any reason to work this company. Company lacks direction from senior management. I will not recommend anyone to work for this company. This is the worst company I have every worked with and worst people I have dealt with. People are not at all friendly.

Cons

Not a professional environment to work for in long term. management constant change direction and lack clear visibility. There are lot of politics and lack of communication between different group. People hide information from each other and try to push other people down. The company is really not doing well and if possible try to avoid this company.
