      Lots of learning and growth, excellent compensation

      Pros

      I was a former intern and now full time engineer. My team and manager are great. The work is usually interesting and fulfilling, and we work on complex problems that impact a huge proportion of customers and associates. Compensation is excellent, even as an intern. The team allows full work from home, and we have some coworkers not based near an office. If we need to travel, it's reimbursed. Great place to start your career.

      Things are bureaucratic and decisions can be slow sometimes.

      There is nothing new to learn We had to do the same job from the shift start till the end Even there is difficulty in climbing the corporate ladder Prefer to join a better place where there is low pressure and new things to learn

      Pros

      The team I am on has great leadership, growth opportunity, and really helps you expand your knowledge. They walk the walk of LP's and create a great, gratifying environment to work in.

      Cons

      Changing priorities can be a bit confusing to manage. Can cause some whiplash at times. Compensation isn't as competitive as it once was, but I think that is being adjusted.
