      You can upskill fast and learn as much as you want

      Cons

      They don't care about work life balance. They do not replace people in corporate and keep topping everything under a few individuals.

      Pros

      The team I am on has great leadership, growth opportunity, and really helps you expand your knowledge. They walk the walk of LP's and create a great, gratifying environment to work in.

      Cons

      Changing priorities can be a bit confusing to manage. Can cause some whiplash at times. Compensation isn't as competitive as it once was, but I think that is being adjusted.
