Training is lacking, you speak with a SME for different subjects and have to know what to ask before you can gain anything out of it Documentation can vary in usefulness, which exacerbates the above Schedules are 4 days by 10 hours, which can be draining

The onboarding experience really helps with getting to know the culture at Amazon. Speaking of culture, I have never felt more accepted then I do here.

Cons

It is fast pace and if you aren't ready it will consume you but ask for help and support will come. No one is left behind. They hired you for a reason and no one wants you to fail.
