Pros

I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Alorica. Alorica is truly what you want to make it. For a company with over 100,000 employees, there is really no bureaucracy and politics. When I first joined Alorica I oversaw a region for recruiting and worked with fantastic operators. Very quickly Alorica was able to pinpoint a different skill-set and allowed me to move throughout the organization. I was able to travel the United States and Canada and implement solutions that were focused on enhancing our candidate experience. They pride themselves on promoting 70% from within but in actuality most locations are closer to the 90-100% promotion from within. They value their people and it is not uncommon for the CEO, Andy Lee, to personally reach out and provide kudos on a job well done. Alorica was by far one of my favorite jobs I have held within my career. Lots of opportunity and great people!

Cons

Typical cons of any large organization but Alorica did a good job of removing barriers for employees and ensuring people were treated fairly.

Pros

The opportunity for growth here is amazing. In the short time I have been employeed here I have been promoted twice and I found something I love. Paid training, full time hours, performance AND attendance bonuses are offered. Learning different skills with differnt lines of business is also an option as you move and grow. Tuition reimbursment, leadership development, and different ways to get involved with the community. Alorica has amazing values as a company.

Cons

There are about 1,000 employees here so if you are easily swayed by other people, then it is easy to let negative opinions ruin your experience here. The wages start low but you have every opportunity to grow and make more. The site is old and outdated but rennovations are in progress.

Pros

Nothing I can think of

Cons

I dont know where to start! I was a RECRUITING MANAGER I can't sleep at night knowing I told people to work here. Literally rated worst company to work for in US. Horrible culture and starts pf senior leadership all the way down. Bad culture, bad pay, bad benefits, horrible work life balance and not given tools needed to do your job.
