Pros

Flexible hours most of the time, work at home

Cons

Waiting for a skill opportunity, if/when your current skill ends or you re-sign from it. MUST be able to make a decision right or wrong and take constructive criticism with a grain of salt

Pros

good pay overall for CCT. monthly incentives for meeting metrics

Cons

the building gets dirty at times and the AC has been broken for 2 weeks. Very difficult to move up, not very many opertunities for growth in this company. rules are very strict, command and control. treated more like a slave and less like an employee, let alone an adult. Benefits are awful; about 9 vacation days a year, yes that includes sick days. insurance offered is extremely expensive with low quality of care.
