Pros

Good work from home and good TMs

Cons

Bad Attendance policy nothing is excused you still get the point its just an excused point your metrics are not based on you it based on the program your working for so you can have bad metrics due to the product not the service you provided you are not allowed to be sick or have Drs appointment the Schedule is not flexible you have your schedule you can not miss not even 1 minute before you receive points for attendance you have to not have kids and during the covid you can not miss time for them getting sick or being tested you have to jump through hoops to have any time off for anything they if you have a kid graduating if you do not have PTO you will miss it if you do have PTO you will miss it if you have Court you will have to miss it if your sick doesnt matter work is first here

Pros

Working at the office was great! Mostly good people! Normal call center! Then we were sent home to work!!

Cons

Now working @home because of covid, and since we remote into our stations and use a VPN, agents have system issues everyday and are unable to login to work. We follow procedures and inform our bosses but they are pointing us when their systems are not working properly and not paying us for our time! This is very wrong with any company and depending on your relationships with TL's and OM's some people are being told that they can not take certain medications even if they are prescribed! Not a great experience from a company who is 'Suppose' to have integrity!

Pros

Indoor job with air conditioning, Spend working hours seated comfortably.

Cons

You are expected to deal over the phone with customers who skew elderly and are difficult to understand and communicate with effectively. You have to be trained extensively on how to deal with sensitive topics, and you deal with information that exposes you to severe consequences should you accidentally mix up procedures. You are required to not say a wide variery of things, and to always sayd a variety of other things, contextual to the nature of the interaction. The work requires angreat deal of training and a fairly high level of specialized knowledge you must absorb in the training process and use on the job. Many of these interactions could have serious and even life-or-death consequences for the customer, and yet you are expected to deal with this level of pressure and the extreme intricacies of these situations for a measly $10/hr. Not even close to a living wage.
