Pros

absolutely nothing, worst company i have ever worked for.

Cons

The absolute most disgusting, unfair, and pathetic company. They will drain you of your life, and pay you little to nothing. HR is absolutely no help if you need help for an unfair or hateful situation. They are a biohazard, their bathrooms and therapy booth walls are covered head to toe in blood, snot, boogers, and they continue to have issues with bedbugs. You are so unfairly treated, and they have made getting a bonus impossible. I will never EVER recommend this job to anyone, even a desperate person, Mcdonalds would probably treat you better than Alorica. They are a money hungry company who have no respect for their workers. They also furloughed over half the company right before Christmas in 2024. Putting out so many parents who couldn't buy presents for their children anymore. Disgusting. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

Pros

Working for Alorica offers the opportunity for valuable experience in customer service and sales roles within a dynamic and supportive work environment. Employees benefit from comprehensive training programs, career development opportunities, and competitive compensation packages. Additionally, Alorica's commitment to diversity and inclusion fosters a collaborative atmosphere where employees can thrive and grow professionally.

Cons

Working for Alorica presents several drawbacks that prospective employees should consider. Firstly, the pay is often below industry standards, making it challenging to meet financial needs and obligations. Additionally, employees frequently endure long hours, with little flexibility, leading to potential burnout and a poor work-life balance. The company's policy of mandatory overtime further exacerbates this issue, leaving workers with limited time for personal pursuits. Moreover, there are no bonuses offered, diminishing the incentive for exceptional performance and loyalty. Finally, while there may be commission opportunities, they are often insufficient to significantly boost earnings, adding to the dissatisfaction of employees seeking competitive compensation packages. Overall, these factors contribute to a less-than-ideal work environment for individuals seeking fair pay and reasonable working conditions.

Pros

Developed good relationships with a few colleagues and agents. Had the best Sr. Manager and managers I loved working with new people (Nester) coming in Before leaving the site we had a good Director who looked out for us.

Cons

After going remote and merging with another Alorica location out of state we lost our Director, and the family culture we once had deteriorated. Our people slowly dwindled vs the the site we had merged with. The company never showed us appreciation, we were overworked and underpaid. Resigned after almost 8 yrs due to so much stress. It was tough for me to leave, but had to for my well being.
