Pros

For a minimum wage job, there's great advancement opportunity and earning potential. Plenty of overtime and incentives.

Cons

The work is stressful and emotionally taxing. If you're naturally empathetic and don't force it, it takes a lot to deal with so much negativity. For me, getting behind the product to promote it was difficult, as I don't like to lie.

Pros

Great work environment, The job teaches you tenacity. You will learn how to converse in real time conference calls, be an excellent team leader, and an excellent team player.

Cons

There is never a pay raise. I've worked there for 3 yrs in management and have never had a pay raise. Also your job is threatened on daily basis because Alorica is a contracted job so if the company pulls out of the business then there wil be no jobs.
