      Kind and helpful coworkers (not management or leaders), flexible hours

      Cons

      A very toxic and negative culture that solely focuses on making money, and it has a very punishing outlook on the people who perform the work. It also provides no growth opportunities for employees, which leads to high turnover.

      Benefits were fairly good, considering the job.

      Cons

      You weren't promoted on your metrics, but whether if management thought you should be promoted. I was actually told (by a manager) that management would prefer to keep the employees as reps as opposed to learning outside skills. At that moment, I knew I was leaving.
