Because many teams are virtual, it can be really difficult to work successfully as a team. My team's leadership was pretty unresponsive and passive aggressive. The work is not very interesting. It is a lot of processing that I believe will eventually be completely automated. Leadership at the company has talked about becoming more innovative, but I don't think Alight will be able to make the turn around it needs to now in order to stay afloat.

Downsizing / layoffs have created toxic environment of overworked, understaffed people (more are rumored to come) Tenured experts are leaving because of the poor working environment Mgmt expects 45-50 hours per wk but you will usually have to work 60+ hrs per wk to complete job It is widely known that certain service execs are extremely unhappy and use their authority to bully however no action has been taken for years (other execs turn a blind eye) Sales team does not enforce POV standards (desperate sales) which makes implementations more difficult (no repeatable processes and continue to use old technology for new solutions) Benefits are very expensive If hired at too of your pay "range" you won't get raises
